Hey everyone,
So first a little bit about myself. My name is David Pearson and I enjoy pretty much everything about fitness. I was overweight for majority of my childhood and in summer 2011 I got my first look at bodybuilding and it was then that I decided to try getting in shape and in 3 months I managed to lose over 30 lbs. More importantly though, I gained the confidence and the desire to change myself for the better. Ever since then I've tried to learn as much as I can about health and fitness in general so I can not only help myself, but anyone else that wanted to get their fitness goals on track.
Mainly I'm going to be focusing on supplement reviews as well as workouts (what works, what doesn't work, etc.). I can promise you that all of my reviews will be based off of what I experienced and what I have done. I would never recommend something that I have never personally tried. With that in mind, lets get started and I hope you all enjoy.
